Basically, I accidentally set a BIOS password on my parents toshiba laptop. I was messing around and now I don't know how to reset it. I do know what the password is, I just need to know how to get rid of it. Thanks!

It should be simple. Just boot the PC, enter the BIOS password, then press whatever function key you need to get into the BIOS. Once in the BIOS you should be able to delete the password by entering a blank password for the BIOS, and then confirm that blank password.

To get specific instructions you should call Toshiba's tech support.

Okay, after I did that, I get the BIOS screen taking up the upper left hand corner of my screen and it won't load windows. There's no pass. What now?

The one you just entered is not the admin mode.
I suggest to look for a way to reset your cmos battery.
