Cheap $200 Gaming PC

Solution
Remember that minecraft is ram dependent. this build is an APU, Meaning it has a hybrid gpu/cpu so you can even play bf3 without the need of a dedicated graphics card on low/medium present games.. and some games on high settings. and later if you can, buy an additional 7750 and it is crossfire compatible with that apu and you can play modern games even high/ultra settings on 780p.

If you are really on a tight budget then ask somebody if they have a free copy of windows :D even on internet you can find one but its up to you. you can get -80$ less on your budget build.
