Can I connect my PSU upside down?

I bought a GTX 770. It needs a 600W PSU. So I selected this particular model. Its the Cooler Master Thunder 700W. Here's the link..

But I noticed that this PSU has its fan on the top of it... But my cabinet has no holes on the top.. I mean, if I place the PSU in my cabinet, it will be covered from the top... I know it sounds silly but, is it even possible to place the PSU in the cabinet upside down?

If its not possible to use such PSUs (those with fans on top) for my cabinet, how about this PSU? Its a Seasonic SS-750JS at 750W. But what worries me is its price, its cheaper than the 700W PSU... And moreover, nothings mentioned about its connectors.. Coz, GTX 770 needs one PCI-E 8 Pin Connector and one PCI-E 6 pin connector... So does it have those connectors? Here is the link...

Is it good enough for the GTX 770?

Get the Seasonic PSU. Many people refer to Cooler Master affectionately as "Crapper Master" due to their poor history of dependability. Meanwhile, Seasonic is about the best you can buy, it even has more power on the +12V rail (60 Amps vs. 55 Amps on the Cooler Master). To be fair, I haven't seen any reviews of either of those particular models though.

You should have no problems with your PSU setup, these things are built to common standards and there should be no reason for you to have to install it "upside down". When you're looking at that Cooler Master photo, the fan appears to be on top, but it's actually sitting upside down. In a case where the PSU is mounted at the top, the fan faces downward and is actually an intake fan...

Thank you very much... And Sorry but, I have another question.. Which among those two PSUs mentioned above is better for the GTX 770? The cheaper 750W Seasonic or the 700W Cooler Master Thunder?

If the Seasonic PSU is better, will it be having those connectors that are required for the GTX 770?

When the psu is mounted on the top of the case and there are no vent holes on the top of the case the psu must be mounted so the fan is facing the inside of the case. The fan on the psu draws air into the psu and exhausted out the back of the psu.

They pull in the fan, and push out? My fan must be upside down, it pushes hot air out aha.

Firstly, by INR, I mean, Indian Rupee...

So, from your replies, I guess the Cooler Master 700W is better than the Seasonic 750W... Or did I misusnderstand u guys?

So, I guess I should mount the PSU upside down, in such a way that its fan faces the inside of the cabinet... And I already have an exhaust fan right next to it, and I'll be adding another exhaust fan... So there'll be no problems by mounting the PSU upside down with those two exhaust fans right?

I've heard some older models blew out but that's near ten years ago. Check manufacturer websites and faqs (even youtube was where I found out about mounting my Corsair CX500 "upside down") The large 120mm fan blows air into the PSU (intake) and the small (I can't remember how big 40-50mm) fan on the back of the case blows air out (exhaust).
