would .6-9Ghz matter with a GTX 770?

so I have an AMD A8-6500 quadcore at 3.5Ghz.
I am thinking of getting a GTX 770 4gb ram.
I can also get an AMD A10-6800k quadcore at 4.1Ghz (turbo 4.4Ghz). would the extra 6-9Ghz make a significant, or noticeable difference while playing a game such as BF4?

Solution
If you're going to be getting a GTX 770, get an AMD Athlon II X4 760K. It performs just like a 6800K just without the integrated graphics. If you really want to get max performance out of your GPU, you'll want to get an FX 6300 and a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3.

Would it bottleneck the 770 like a biatch if I stuck with my current APU/CPU until Christmas or summer?
