I'm having a system with intel DH55TC motherboard (2010 model), i3-530 (2.93 hz) processor.

ISSUE FACING
1. i power on my system. It boots the BIOS followed by the operating system.
2. I can do what ever tasks i want in my operating system... no issues.. everything working perfect....
3. I do a Shutdown / Restart operation
4. The system will not boot up again (not even BIOS will get loaded). The mother board LED is on, and only the CPU fan spins for 2 seconds... then after 3-4 seconds...again the CPU fan spins for 2 seconds.... this action is repeated... no beep ... no bios.. no display...

If i start the system the next day (atleast after 12+ hours), the system will boot up without any issue..... and everything is fine as in Step 2.
Now, if i do Step 3, the issue mentioned at Step 4 will come into action.

SELF DIAGNOSIS DONE
5. i tried starting the system by removing the RAM (thats the only card installed in my system. No graphics / video cards). Ideally we should hear a beep sound..right.... but its not giving any sound... and no display / no bios.... The mother board LED is on, and the Step 4 action is in action.

6. I removed and replaced the CMOS battery after 10 seconds, and tried to start the system. Still no beep / no display / no bios.... The mother board LED is on, and the Step 4 action is in action.

If i try to start the system the very next day.... As said in Step 1 and 2, everything is working fine.

Has anyone encountered / heard of such a strange situation..?
Any help will greatly be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.

yes... a creative basic speaker (just one left and right speaker)...
(no woofer / 2.x / 3.x channels)

out of curiosity, is there some relation with speaker and the reported issue..?

As you know, the MB is already integrated with a buzzer, which is working fine. It produces beep sound, if the BIOS time is not set , or the system is started without RAM at first boot of a day.

I'm having yet another doubt. Will the overheating of CPU / any other component blocks the loading of BIOS..?
