So I am going to put together a okay rig with a 500 watt PSU(hopefully not too much power but i wont to be able to upgrade my gpus with no psu problems.)

CPU: Intel Pentium D(Dual Core) clocked at 3.0ghz

GPU: HD AMD Radeon HD 6570(for gaming)

RAM: 2GBS at the moment only cause I dont have the money to spend almost 100$ on ram.

Cooler for CPU: A Intel Core 2 Duo cooler(for a good temperature Hopefully)

Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER P5WD2-E

I am a steam gamer but ill pick up a DVD drive eventually.

I really hope to be able to do recordings for games like Call of duty, Minecraft, maybe Saints row. GTA V? (doubt it)

Thanks in advance. :D

What do you mean by recording?
Youtube kind of recording?
if yes then i dont think your CPU can render that fast. A headache...

not even for games like MC? I am using Dxtory for the recordings

Recording would take alot of your CPU processing power, and to add the processing of the game itself.
I suggest to rethink your rig. And give a budget so we could help you.

If I dont record, would It still be a bad rig for gaming? I want to play Minecraft on full(everything maxed out) Would it play fine if it utilizes both cores(I know how to tweak it to do that)

My budget is 700

Well i could live with not recording it. I just want to have good FPS in games .I am happy this rig can play Crysis 3(looking at its minium specs).

Also for just like $30 more you can get the much more powerful 7870 GPU which is even more awesome.
