wifi connected on office router but not connecting on home router windows xp

i have a HP mini netbook, which working perfectly, the problem came from last week that wifi did not connecting at home router in office it is working perfectly.

Other devices such as cell phones are working fine on home router just this HP mini, i have connecter another labtop at home which also working.

any clue???

its urgent boss.

You didn't really provide us with the necessary details we need to fix the issue. Try and answer the questions I posted as best as you can!

Is it that your mini netbook connects to your home router but you can't access the internet? Or can you not even connect to the router?

Have you double checked to make sure that Your netbook is configured to obtain IP address and DNS servers automatically?

Have you tried using an ethernet cable to directly connect to your home router? What happens? Try connecting directly to the Modem...What happens?

Make sure that your network adapters drivers are up to date and enabled!

Make sure that your home routers wireless signal isn't being blocked by anything!

open command prompt type both commands in order:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

If it you can connect to the router but just aren't getting internet type the following command and paste results for us to see:

ipconfig /all


If you can't even connect to the router wirelessly at all, connect to it via ethernet cable and type the same command as above.
