You would need to add a second GTX 760 in SLI for a change at having enough performance for Surround. I have had very good performance on my SLI GTX 670 running games at 5760x1080 on my rig. Even though I am only running a i5 games still run great. I get 60fps even at 5760x1080 max/ultra settings in every game that supports Surround that I have played.

A friend of mine build a i7 4770K rig with a SLI GTX 770 and a stutter problem in a lot of his games. Turned out he had to turn off HT in the BIOS to stop the Stutter. Turning his i7 basically into a i5 but his games play great now.
