A bunch of people like the ASUS Sabertooth, and if I was in the market, that is probably a board that I would consider. Other then that, the ASUS M5A97 boards look nice, along with MSI G46 or G43. Biostar also has the TA970 which looks nice too. AMD has some great options for a good price, so good luck!

ASUS is your biggest motherboard brand. Right behind them, or arguably equal to them is Gigabyte. MSI is like the rising star of motherboard brands, and Biostar has proven itself too. Look at reviews, most people that give negative reviews had a defective board, or have no clue about computer, and rate the wrong item. Newegg has a great RMA service if you do get a bad board. Also im looking at the reviews, and some boards, like the ASUS M5A97 need specific memory, so make sure you study your product before buying it. If I were to buy a board today, it would be this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130637

I would love to try an MSI board, because they seem to be a great bang for buck. They seem to have some great safety features too.
