Hi! I am looking into buying a new gaming rig and I plan on playing new big titles like Call of Duty Ghosts, BF4 etc. and want to know if my setup could handle it on high setting at a playable frame rate I have...

This will play BF4 on High, not Ultra on 1080p 60fps. 760 is the only thing holding it back. But you could turn down AA and get decent fps on Ultra.

thats similar speed than the gtx 760. if u want ultra id say radeon 280x for 310$ is ur best bet such as this.

What I like about the 7970 is that it consumes less power than the R9 280x. Kinda surprising but it is a difference. For example, my 520W PSU can't handle a 280x but it can handle a non overclocked 7970.

the best bet is still the 280x witch is a bit more expensive by not much and is faster
