downgrading win8 to win7 pro

pls how can i install win7 pro on a machine that originally came with win8. the laptop is Hp ENVY M6. Thanks in advance.

question is why? 8 is a far superior operating system, give it a chance - just think, your phone and tablet dont have that prehistoric text menu anywhere and there just fine! oh and dont use those stupid start menu applications there garbage, some even brick the install

on the other hand what no one will tell you and what most people dont know, most Windows 8 computer sold by the big companies (ASUS Dell HP etc) have SLIC (bios) flags for Windows 7 meaning you can install Windows 7 and with the right method will activate natively (no cracks, absolute genuine, same activation method as ASUS Dell HP etc use) - Google is your friend

Yes you can do so, just grab yourself a copy of Windows 7 from a reputable retailer and you should be all set.

if you have win 8 pro then you can downgrade but if you win 9 then you will need to format the disk and install 7. when you do this go to upgrade (it's the second option below the very upper otption) and then your done. but before doing of that secure your data that is important to you and download all important drivers for laptop.
