i have a ATI Radeon 4350 HD graphics card i bought to upgrade my:
64-bit VISTA Dell inspiron 530(not slim) "SP 2
RAM: 6 GB
Processor: intel core 2 duo CPU E7400 @2.80 GHz 2.80 GHz
i got the graphics card for $70 a best buy back in 2009, 4 years later im guessing it's outdated maybe? I've run Furmark and got 1 fps with the fuzzy donut, it doesn't have a fan on the card it was only designed with a heat sink, Guessing its time to get a now graphics card? thought i was ok because it has 1 GB. its not going over 70 degree C during the test, it jumps close to that and after almost 2 minutes i shut off the test, didn't go over the 70 degree but stays above 55, again guessing because it doesn't have a built in fan, just heat sink. Also does not use power from the power supply just the PCI slot powers it.

More about : graphics card outdated

yes, 4yrs is a lot of time. also, even back in its day, a 4350 is slow.

and yes, it might have 1gb, but it is not that important. a good 512mb can outperform a slow 1gb (even a 2gb)

get at least a 7770, but that is just me

my bday is on turkey day so guessing i should hint to wife about a gift haha.
Darn, gotta go and look around at Fry's XD

i bought a game called Agriculture simulator 2013 and had really slow response on very low setting, unplayable if i enable the grass to render.

didn't think it would make my graphics card work so hard, sort of funny that this tractor game stresses the graphics harder then world of warcraft XD

Any suggestions on graphics cards? pci express 2.0 or should make a new thread and add more info?
