Get the LAN driver for your model from Dell support HERE for Windows 8. If they don't have one for Windows 8, get the Windows 7 version in the correct 32 or 64 bits and install it in compatibility mode, which often works. Once you download the driver installer, right click on it, select properties, compatibility tab, then select compatibility mode and choose Windows 7. Then save and close, run the installer with a double click.
