You didn't really provide us with enough information to provide the best possible answers, however based on what you did say I will try to help as best that I possibly can. First I want you to Check and make sure that you computer is set to obtain an IP address using DHCP rather than a static IP address. Since you didn't say I'll assume you're using Windows.

1) Start>Control Panel>Network & Sharing> On the right hand side click "change adapter settings"

2) Right Click on "Wireless Network Connection" ( make sure that it is enabled)

3) Once enabled, right click on it again this time select "properties"

4) At the top make sure the Networking tab is selected and scroll down until you see "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)"

5) click "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" once to highlight it, and then click the properties button

6) Make sure "Obtain IP address automatically" and "obtain DNS automatically" are both selected.

If this doesn't work follow these steps:

1. click Start>type "cmd"> double click command prompt to open it

2. once command prompt is open type the following command: ipconfig /all

3. Copy and paste the results on here.

Hey sorry for the delay I got pretty tied up for the holiday! Are you still having the same issue? First double check to see that your modem and router are properly connected to each other. The ethernet cable should be plugged into the WAN port of the router not the LAN ports.

Just for clarification did you get a new Router only, or did you get a new router and modem? Or is it a router/modem all in one?

If it's just the router that's new, did you connect the new router to the modem using the correct process? Whenever you attach a new device--such as a router--to your modem, you have to reset the modem and connect the router in the proper order. Cable modems only recognize newly attached devices upon restart; if you connect a new router without resetting the modem it usually won't work. If this is the case follow these steps:
1. unplug the modems power cord
2. properly connect the router to the modem using ethernet cable
3. plug the modem back in
4. restart your computer

Try manually assigning the DNS servers. Use Googles DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 , To do this Follow steps 1 - 5 from my first post and instead of selecting "obtain DNS automatically" choose to add them manually. Your DNS is currently set as your router which is fine as long as the router is properly configured to obtain it's DNS servers from the ISP. If using Googles DNS solves the issue, you can either leave it as is or make sure that the router is getting DNS either automatically or by manually adding them.

If you are still having trouble try typing the commands below (without the quotes) In command prompt in the order that I listed them . This will reset TCP/IP:

1. "netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt"

2. "ipconfig /renew"

If this doesn't work we can manually assigning certain configurations.
