I am purchasing HD 7850 Graphic Card and Cooler Master Power Supply of 500 watt. I have core i3 - 2120 3.30 Ghz so all i want to know is shall i go for the above mentioned power supply or i need more watt PS.

Well been running for two years without problems, so 500w will be enough for your setup.
