Help choosing between 2 cpus "BUDGET" Amd-Intel

Hello everyone ,
Im building a rig mostly for gaming and i cant decide between 2 cpus+motherboards
Both cpus and motheboards cost about the same :

Asus P8Z77-V LX Motherboard
i5 3470

and

fx 8320
hyper 212 evo cooler
MSI 990FXA Motherboard

So which package do you think is the best for gaming and its the most future proof?And is there anything better for the same price that you can suggest me? ( im buying everything from amazon uk).Im also willing to oc the processor,i cant afford a 3570k and i cant oc the 3470
The gpu for the build is a Sapphire hd 7950 boost edition

I think that the FX 8320 setup is a clear winner, or is it just me?

With that GPU, either would be fine. You could grab the intel with a cheaper motherboard (no need for Z since you won't be overclocking a locked chip). A B/H series would be good.

I personally am an Intel guy. Go for intel, the cores are more powerful. Unfortunately they are bad GPUs. So you have to get a graphics card.
