IM upgrading my computer

CPU:Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155 - BX80637I53570K

Corsair Vengeance 8 GB ( 2 x 4 GB ) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) 240-Pin DDR3 Memory Kit for Core i3, i5, i7 and Platforms SDRAM CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9

Gigabyte LGA 1155 Intel B75 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX DDR3 1600 Motherboards GA-B75M-D3H

Do i need to upgrade to windows 7?
Or can i keep vista for the time being.

Solution
Depends usually with a OEM version of Windows your limited to how many upgrades you can do before they tell you to purchase a new license.
For the sake of it i would upgrade the OS due to in the future you may want to upgrade the ram and Vista could have limitations on the amount it can see in your computer.

my advice spend the extra 99 and get a OEM version of a 64bit windows 7

if you go with a amd vid card yyou better go 7 or newer. amd dont support vista any more but they still support xp and 7 go figure. last vista driver i think was 13.4 but if you have not bought a vid card yet better look at nvidia for vista support for the newer games.
