Hello,

I am using desktop system with Intel i5 760 (2.8GHz) processor with Intel DH55TC motherboard also with 1GB graphic card... My problem is when I tried to install 64-bit windows 7 OS and 64-bit windows 8 OS, it says its not a valid win32 application.

I know that the system supports 64-bit OS but still why I am getting this problem? I have noticed that It works fine with 32-bit windows 7.

What could be the problem please help...

Hi, It does support it.
You have to boot from the Windows DVD and install the 64 bit Windows. Backup your needed data before that.

Are you trying to install from a DVD or USB? Are they bootable?

DVD and it is bootable...
I am not getting this problem when I try to install 32-bit OS, but only with 64-bit OS... My system supports 64-bit, that is what my problem is....

Then it might be a Windows kit issue.
