When I switch on my PC, there is a black screen. In the right bottom corner displayed B4. after 15 seconds it changes to 92. After 10-15 sec it changes to A3. After more 30 sec appears a normal BIOS screen ,win starting and again a black screen without any signs. After additional 15-20 sec everything is fine. Startup repair didn't fix the problem. Sometimes this procedure takes 3-4 minutes

Disconnect all peripherals apart from monitor, mouse and keyboard then try again. Do you still have the boot errors?
