Which aftermarket cooler for this cpu

These are the online providers available in my country
so i've got a AMD phenom iix6 1090t (normal edition) 3.2ghz
Looking to overclock it to around 3.8ghz-4.0ghz
I'm going to get the top of the notch thermal paste(haven't decided one yet) and a aftermarket cooler to overclock my proccesor.So my budget is around 2000-4000 rupees.Using one of the online providers above can someone tell me which aftermarket cooler is the best bang for my buck?Please no water cooler as I can't risk the risk of water cooler leaking and ruining my gaming rig.My chasis is the largest micro computer chasis so it should be able to fit in any aftermarket cooler in the market.

Hyper 212 Evo is your best bang for your buck. 32$, around 2000 rupees in your case. It is the best among the budget cpu cooler. and it performs very well.

Can anyone suggest me any other options?I'd like to have a wide range of options with each having its own pros and cons
