I have a Pentium D(Dual Core) 925 processor clocked at 3.0ghz. Now I think that the speed will bottleneck the gpu(could be wrong) .

GPU: HP AMD Radeon 6570 1gb DDR3

I want to overclock this processor at 3.80ghz but im afraid the Intel Fan wont handle it.

You would want to replace the stock heatsink before attempting overclocks. The one drawback I am aware of in attempting to OC the Pentium D CPU's is their lack of thermal monitoring technologies (no thermal sensors embedded). It means monitoring of temps would need to be done old style (with temperature probes or an infrared thermometer)

Two of the best values in coolers are the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO and the Xigmatek Gaia. They usually sell for ~$30 but sometimes can be found on sale for less. Both are about the same size (huge) at 160mm tall, you would need to check that they can fit inside your case. If a shorter heatsink is needed, let me know what case you have, I should be able to find one that fits and is effective (likely won't be as inexpensive as those though)
