USB only half working...

Hi, I have notebook Acer V3-571G, and stopped the USB working.
His working all (2x USB 2.0 and 1x USB 3.0), but not USB keys, or memory Card...

But the USB mouse and the USB Soundcard (ASUS Xonar U3) is still working...
I reinstalled the driver, whats wrong?

Hello... your memory devices are not working in your USB slots? you must make sure they are properly formated for your OS to be used... for further information you can go to the maker of the Memory device WEB page.

Try the USB drives in another computer if you can that will tell you if the drives are the problem or your laptop.

The USB keys and memory cards is good on the 2 computer, but in this notebook only week not good...

This is a bit of a strange one. The only thing I have ever known to stop a USB drive or mem card working in one computer but not another is security. If the drive/card had security initialised when it was setup then it could prevent it from being used in another computer, but this is a rare thing and since yours worked in 2 computers it's unlikely. I'm out of suggestions for now but if I think of anything I'll get back to you.

OEM Windows 7 Pre SP1, x64, nonstop Updated..
Its installed September

(i5 3210m, 6GB ram, GT640m 2GB, 750GB hdd)

Hello... have you Right clicked COMPUTER, Left clicked MANAGE, Left clicked Disk Management and see the USB devices listed? if you do click on it, and make it active? there is security setting that will not let drives be used or seen.

I disabled and Enabled again, restart, but no one of 4 USB keys not function...
