It usually happens 5 seconds after displaying these. I built the computer 2 weeks ago and the problem starting occurring 4 days ago. I have tried re installing Windows 7 Ultimate, testing each ram card by removing one and starting the computer.

My specs are:
MSI 970A-G43 AM3+
Windows 7 Ultimate
NZXT 921 Guardian
AMD FX-8320
MSI R7850 Twin Frozr 2GD5/OC
WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive
Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 550w Power Supply
Corsair Vengeance Blue 8 GB (2X4 GB)
Lite-On Super AllWrite 24X SATA DVD+/-RW Dual Layer Drive

*Also I forgot to say when the screen freezes nothing else happens after, cannot move my mouse or keyboard and no looping sound, just a freeze

Do you have another PSU that you can try? According to THIS REVIEW your PSU is not to be trusted as it will burn out if the rated load is applied.

I also have a CM PSU and I don't trust it. CM plays fast and loose with their specs. Mine is labeled as an "Extreme 2 525". Notice the absence of the "W" after 525"? Cheap cheap cheap!

I was believing it was my PSU at the first place. Also I tried changing the PCIE Cable to the other one provided from the supply but it didn't power up my computer. It just ran the fans for a few seconds and nothing happened. I will test the build with another PSU then, any recommendations with my build?
