I'm about to order a new PC, this is the only thing I need to decide.
I do know that the Gigabyte board is an mATX, so I'll get a Fractal Design Arc Mini R2, with the MSI the Midi version.

I need good overclocking capabilities(i5 4670k), and SLI in the future (GTX 780)

Get the MSI GD65 if it's cheaper, it's all you need.

I would get the MSI mostly because I'm not a fan of the mATX form factor - too cramped for me. Will two GTX 780s fit inside the Arc Mini? The MSI is also cheaper without cutting corners. It even has a game port which the Gigabyte lacks.

Don't get a mATX case. Get something like this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Alright, maybe I won't go SLI afterall. I have to decide until Sunday/Monday.
If I'll take the Sniper M5 I'll get a GTX 780 WindForce OC with it, and if I take the Z87 GD65 I'll get an MSI GTX 780 Gaming OC with it.
