So, recently I changed my old mobo and got new ASRock 960GM-VGS3 FX freshly installed new windows 7 32 bit and whenever I randomly browse internet I get sudden freezes on my PC I cant move my mouse and there is stuttering or buzzing sound coming from headphones, then after while it comes to normal (rarely)
My PC Specs :
GPU : GTS 450 1GB
CPU AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0Ghz
Ram : 4GB
I updated to latest Nvidia Drivers
Also, scanned my PC for viruses with Microsoft security essentials and malware bytes, and both scans show my PC is completely clean
What's wrong?
