Willl it work now ?

My PSU version is Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus - 500W Power Supply (Model RS500-PCARD3-US) , I have core i3 - 2120 3.30 Ghz . Will it be enough to run hd 7850 1 gb ? I have upgraded it from Power Cooler 460 Watt , actually brought it from my couzin.

Yes it is more than enough. Even a 460w can run it.

No it wont burn i have even seen people run 650ti boost and fx8350 on a 450w cm thunder psu. But dont use that power cooler psu as it might catch fire on high load.

There is always a risk with electronic components. You have minimized the risk as best you can. That psu has sufficient power to run the 7850 within normal expectations.
