GTX 780 Hydrcopper vs Classified Hydrocopper

Solution
I believe it has a 14+3 phase power delivery design rather than the regular system, which I don't recall exactly but want to say it is 6+2. Also it has a higher power limit (115% vs 110%) which when you add those together, you get on average 100Mhz more of an overclock on the core.

The Classified cards have a fully custom PCB that has beefed up VRMs and other components, allowing it to overclock higher. I believe that it also comes with a longer warranty, both of which make it worth the extra $30 in my opinion.
