I recently bought a new power supply and video card for my computer. I installed everything right all was working, the drivers were updated and then I decided to install the ASUS GPU Tweak disc that came with my card. I install it and then check for updates. It says I have Bios update (I think it said vbios) so I clicked update. It said it was going to flash my card, I click install and wait. At some point during the process both my monitors flashed white and got pixelated then turned off. I waited for awhile hoping this was part of the process but it never moved forward. I restarted my computer all the fans were running the leds on the video card were green but it started beeping and my screens acted as if they weren't even plugged in. I ended up taking it out, putting my old card in to make sure my computer still worked which it did, put the old one back in and still had the same problem. I reset m motherboard bios, uninstalled my video drivers and uninstalled my ASUS Gpu tweak and still had the same problem. Any idea how I can fix this without going through the RMA process? I bought this online so I'm trying to avoid all this shipping stuff. But if that's what it comes down to I guess that's what I have to do.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this and possibly comment.
