It does this when I watch videos in Steam, and sometimes when I play games. Both of the monitors will do it sometimes. They are both plugged into my GPU (MSI 280x) and I do have the integrated GPU in my i7 enabled.

It sometimes goes away when I close the program, but usually have to restart.
