Hi!
I'm after some advice on my first ever PC build. As I want to get into some gaming and laptops seem to expensive. Plus it's a present for christmas. And I'm wondering if I've headed in the right direction?
I'll be using it for gaming and abit of web surfing mainly.
Games I'm thinking of buying with this are FPS,action shooters. ( BF3,Splinter Cell series, Hitman, Crysis series etc.

I can't see a cpu fan included that build, so why would you need thermal compound? Do you plan on removing the thermal compound on the stock heatsink and then use yours?

Another thing... why not get an R7 260X gpu? It is sooo much better that the 650ti and with Mantle games like BF4 will run faster.

Thanks Draco. Reptilians by any chance!? :p
I just forgot to put one in the list :p . But now thinking about it... Do I actually need a cpu fan ,as I'm not overclocking!?
I'll have a look at the R7 260X though, but I kinda like the sound of the GTX650 Ti Boost :) . Plus it has free game lol. I'm on a budget of £500, and would like a laptop tbh. I'm still looking but don't think I'll get a decent laptop for that much, which will play games on :( .
What's people's thoughts on my build, and any idea's welcome for laptops, pc configs or is my config ok? :D
