Im new to pc and i confused as of which PSU I should buy: non modular or semi modular or modular. I want to have no cable clutter and have the necessary cables for my parts. I don't know a lot about pc but if you could give me some suggestion for any PSU that would be great. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2al0j.

That corsair one you have in your build will work for the build just fine. Modular designs are just a personal preference, and if you want to have no extra cables dangling around it's pretty much required that you buys a semi-modular or modular. Semi-modular just means that some cables are still fixed, but generally they will be the cables you are going to have anyway (I mean, who doens't have a power cable connected to their motherboard?).

Something like the Corair TX550M or CX500M would work just fine.
