The 2020M will be a tiny bit faster thanks to its 200 MHz lead on top of the B960 (2.4 vs 2.2GHz). Both include the Intel HD which won't distinguish any performance gains on either side. However the 2020M supports up to 3 displays, compared to the maximum of 2 on the 960. Also the 2020M has a higher max RAM bandwidth which may/or may not/ increase performance, both CPU and GPU wise if paired with the right RAM.

P.S the 2020M should provide longer battery life if that interests you.
