I think you could save money and get a different Asus motherboard. The Pro is less money, and still a great performaning board. In general the Sabertooth series is overpriced for what it offers. NOT a bad board, just overpriced.

Also, instead of the vanilla 840, look at the 840 Evo. Great performance and still a good price.

I'd also like to see a slightly better cooler. The 212 Evo is great at 30 dollars, but with Haswell you'll want a better cooler if you want to overclock. For a mild - medium overclock(4.2-4.4 perhaps) it'll be fine, probably. Higher than that and you'd best be served by a Noctua NH-u14s(or NH-u12s even) or better.

If you are just gaming, drop down to 8gb's of Ram. There are some insanely good deals right...

Legenda in Aeternum
For a GTX 770 look for 600 or better with a min of 42 AMPS on the 12 volt rail

With the combo you have might look At the GSkill Tridents in 2133 or 2400 2x8GB

EVO cooler is good up to 4.4 24/7 else I'd look at a Phantek

Good choice on the Blue HD, same as the Black but less expensice

Might look at the HAF 912 case - good and reasonably priced
