Please consider the following build.

1. Processor: Xeon® Processor E3-1245v3
2. CPU cooler: COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO
3. Mobo: ASRock Fatal1ty H87 Performance
4. RAM: Kingston HyperX blu 16GB Kit DDR3 PC3-12800 CL10 (KHX16C10B1K2/16X)
5. HDD: Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
7. PSU: Seasonic M12II-620 Bronze 620W
8. Case: CoolerMaster K350
9. Graphics: Planing to use the on board graphics of Mobo

In addition to that, I would like to make the build possible for the following future extension:

10. Cuda Tesla GPGPU
11. SSD drive
12. 16 GB additional RAM
13. nVidia Graphics card

The system is targeted mainly for running multiple virtual pcs, shared memory software development for scientific computing and partly for running CAD programs. I would like to stick to xeon for its reliability, competitive price, for higher L3 cash and as I have no plan for overclocking. I confused for choosing the best Mobo. Asrock fits good with my budget but would like to take a better for a minor price variation. The RAM is chosen from the supported memory list of the Mobo. I wanted to go for corsair. But the module numbers of the supported ram could not be found (CMD32GX3M4A1600C10 is listed, I found CML16GX3M2A1600C10 in online shops). I planned for bigger PSU as I want to have some room for the future extension. The budget should be around 750 € (975 $).

Thanks in advance!

I was going to say the same thing, but he does say he plans to use the integrated graphics.
