So tonight I can either order a monitor or go to any normal us store and pick one up.

Currently that's the best I've found... I've already ordered all the parts for a rig I'm building, centered around a gtx 780, but I really don't know where to go with a monitor... The most I can spend is 200 dollars, and that monitor I have linked seems to be the perfect fit, as it's the size I'm looking for, but many people seem to have a problem with the monitor's brightness. This will be a gaming rig, and I know 5ms is a bit high of a response time, but for total response time, I found a site that had tons of monitors listed, and this one got a total time of 9ms, which granted it an excellent rating from the website. So, what monitor should I get?
