didn't know where to post it, so i did it here. I was trying to stream a game, and the game wasn't actually lagging while i played, the stream was, on twitch.tv would this indicate that its my internet thats slowing it down? or still just my hardware.

I have:
AMD Phenom II X4 925
1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti (EVGA)
8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 669MHz

It is usually your internet that causes the lagging, I would play around with the settings on your streaming program to perfect the settings, so it doesn't lag, or if that doesn't work, upgrade your plan to a stronger one with a high upload speed.
