Can I Upgrade HP DC7600?

Its a HP DC7600 and has a 3.2 processor Pentium 4. Could I upgrade it to a Pentium D 925 3.0ghz? and upgrade the GPU and Ram.

You can't upgrade your CPU to the Pentium D 925 because it doesn't use the same socket (LGA 1155 vs 775). However, you can try to find an Intel Core 2 Duo E7600, which is a great CPU. You can always upgrade the GPU and the RAM. For the RAM, you need 1066 MHz.
