Why can't I access any computer in the network, from another computer, when both are connected with WiFi?

I have five computers in the network, all running Windows 7, and all are in the same workgroup.

Two desktops are Wired. Three laptops are on WiFi. Router: D-Link DSL 2750U.

Now, the strange problem is this:

When I try to access one of the desktops from the laptops and vice versa (WIRED - WIFI), they are fully accessible.

When I try to access one of the desktops from the another desktop and vice versa, they are fully accessible. (WIRED - WIRED)

Now, when I try to access data between the laptops, (WIFI -WIFI), I can't access one laptop from the other. Either the Network location doesn't show up, or it says, Network Destination Unreachable.

I tried connecting the laptops with LAN, and they get accessible without changing the settings. Also when I plug a WiFi adapter dongle into the desktops, they become unreachable from the laptops.

It is as if the router is isolating the Wireless Users only. How can I correct this? I have unchecked MultiAP isolation option, but the problem still persists. Please help. Thank you.

It's not really a problem with the password. Wireless is connected and every computer can connect to the internet. The problem is occurring only in the local area network.
