check out newegg's benchmark solution builds. As well as Supercombo builds they are marked down up to about $70-$100 off. It's not hard to build a premade build really. You can't go wrong. The build you posted is way overkill to play skyrim. Seriously. Save your money and get a cheaper build like this one for around $800ish with better parts compared to cyperpowerpc:

Benchmark Series GIG-9130X: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad Core, Z87 Motherboard, 8GB DDR3 1866 RAM, 1TB Hard Drive, ASUS GTX 760 2GB, 750W Power Supply, 24X DVD Burner, Zalman Z11 Plus Case

or this one...

Intel Core i7 Haswell 3.5GHz Quad-Core CPU, MSI Z87 Gaming MOBO, ASUS GTX 760 2GB...
Aside form being VERY overpriced ($300ish), it isn't bad. Of course it will be lower quality than a rig built yourself, but you seem to know that and be cool with it.

The i7 is worthless and will perform no better than an i5. i7's are a waste for gaming.
16gb RAM is a waste too. games use 4gb MAX and anything more than 8gb will just sit there and be useless.
The PSU is low quality and should definitely be replaced.

Here's many other Supercombo Builds that are priced really low.
