What should I do when changing AMD to NVDIA graphics cards?

Hi all.
I am currently using a radeon 7450, planning to upgrade to a NVIDIA GTX 660. I currently have AMD softwares such as "AMD Catalyst Install Manager" and such. Do I need to unistall any AMD related graphics software before I remove the graphics card?

Also, when I am replacing my graphics card, do I need to worry about grounding?

I just removed my 7790, slapped the 560Ti back in, installed the drivers for it and let rip. The AMD drivers are still there and haven't caused any issues.
