Sapphire 11221-02-40G Vapor-X OC or SAPPHIRE RADEON R9 280X 3GB?

Hi guys,

So, as mentioned in one of my previous thread, I have to change my Gigabyte GV-R797OC-3GD.
Since it is getting more precised now, I though it would be more clear to ask in a different topic.

So basically, as a replacement, the vendor gives me the choice between:

- Sapphire 11221-02-40G Vapor-X OC
or
- SAPPHIRE RADEON R9 280X 3GB

Would you guys recommend one more than the other?

Go for the Vapor-X, with everything I've read lately the Vapor-X coolers tend to run quieter and cooler than just about anything else on the series.

Ouch, my vendor is driving me crazy.

What about the XFX brand in general?
Because my vendor is also offering me a XFX R9-280X-TDFD now...

XFX is decent but I wouldn't compare them to the likes of Gigabyte/Asus/Sapphire. I've had issues with XFX GPU's in the past, may just be a personal issue but I refuse to buy them anymore.

I personally have a 280x Vapor-X. I runs really cool and quiet, plus the backplate & LED looks really good if you have a window on your casing
