sapphire hd 7750 low prfile black screen after 2 weeks

after i installed the hd 7750 i was really happy with it until one day (after 2 weeks) i restarted my computer and all the screen was black. (the monitor works) I decided to take out the card and plug my monitor into the integrated card and now everything works. (i have windows 8.1)

What is the problem????

Try downloading the latest drivers then reboot
