Hi everyone,
I'm currently running on a setup I built back in 2011, and have recently been running into problems with it, and thought it was time for a new build/ upgrade
My current setup is:

Case: Cooler Master HAF 922
Mobo: ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE overclocked at 4 GHz
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 290x (I previously had a GTX 660)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4 GB at 1600MHz
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB
HDD: Toshiba 1TB
PSU: Antec 650W Green 80+ Bronze Certified
Cooler: Corsair H100i

I am planning on retaining most of my parts for my next build, however I will be changing the following:

Mobo: ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0
CPU: AMD FX 6300
PSU: Corsair HX750W+ Gold Certified

Are the parts I desire suitable for an upgrade? Maybe I should change some things?
If anyone can help me out with any suggestions, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I would have gone with the 8320, however I've read on many posts that the 6300 has better overclocking headroom, and it stays cooler as well. Does the 8320 overclock better than the 6300?
