I have a computer running Windows7 Home Premium (11 months old) and had a program called IOBit Malware Fighter which no longer will open on my side, but if I switch users and go to my wife's side, it will open, update, and scan with no trouble. I have done chkdsk repair, virus scan, malware scan all of which showed no problems or threats. Both user id's have full admin rights, both users use IE9 and all Windows Updates are up to date. Everything else works fine on both sides. Yet I cannot figure out why the program will not open on my side. I can click open, run as admin to no avail. Help please.
