will the hd 7770 run game on ultra high?

hey i just want to know if the 7770 will run games on ultra high or high with 40+ fps with fx 6300 and 8gb ddr3 ram
games i will run:ac4 bf4 splinter cell blacklist and skyrim
screen res: 1366x768

no it wont run on ultra ud need a radeon 7870 or nvidia gtx 660 atleast for such.

get a 7850 and with that res you can run on ultra all demanding games with good fps

actually i was going to buy the vapor-x r9 270 x but since i have a low res lots of people told me that its going to be an overkill to use high end gpu for low res and actually the price of both are so <Language warning> expensive in my country i am not from the us
