I have just received a laptop from work. It is a HP Probook 6570b. This laptop was bundled with some new machinery at work and has labels on it from this company. I need help on how to change the log in layout and options, when i turn on the laptop I am greeted by the windows 7 log in screen, but their are no profile pictures and static profiles to pick from. Instead I have to manually enter the username and password. The problem with this is the laptop came with a sticker stating the username and password, The username is Admin. I tried changing the account name to my own name but this doesn't work for the log in, but once i log in under admin the profile says my username that i changed it to. I can change the password no problem. I want to be able to have the standard log in menu where you are greeted by a username and picture and just have to put in a password. Windows 7 was all ready installed on it with the company that supplied the laptop picture as the background. The normal Microsoft and HP labels on the bottom are removed and replaced with this companies sticker stating the system # and the system serial #. I have checked on HPs website and the serial number was not found. It also came with all the HP discs that would normally come, these include windows 7, and the HP drivers. It also came with a recovery CD from the company that provided it with their windows 7 (this must be the version installed). This laptop will be used for power point displays, Its noting going to be used with this new machinery.

I would guess that the company installed an Enterprise version of Windows 7. I would to to the User Accounts control panel and see if you can add a User that you can then modify to your needs and it would be easier for you if you make your new user an admin level. If not, then you need to talk to your IT guy for assistance.
