Its my first time posting here, but I could really use some help on this one.
I want better performance in my games. Right now I can play BF4 on lowest with around 40- 60 fps, however I'd like to have steady 60+fps.
I recently upgraded my graphic card to Sapphire HD 7870 and still my fps wasnt "good enough" so I believe that my CPU(AMD Athlon II x4 645) is holding it back.
(I guess this is called "bottlenecked"?)
I wanted to buy a better CPU but with my current motherboard(Gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-US2H) I cant find a good AM3 CPU. I looked at AMD Phenom II X4 980 and 975 but they're all sold out.. Any recommendations?
I'm not an expert on this field. Thanks in advance!

MOBO = Gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-US2H
CPU = AMD Athlon II x4 645
GPU = Sapphire HD 7870 OC
RAM = 8GB DDR3 (4x 2GB)
PSU = 500W
