hd 7770 vs vapor-x r9 270 x

hi my screen res is (1366x768)
and i am going to buy a new gpu so which should i choose to play games like ac4 and bf4 on high or ultra while considirng that the hd 7770 price is good while the 270-x is a lot over my budget but i can afford it so i think its budget vs performance so wich should i choose??

Yes, even on your res. I have a 7750 running at 720p that struggles to run FC3 on low-medium. The 7750 being just a tad lower on the totem pole than the 7770.

With the 7770 you can expect to play higher demanding games at low-medium.

You will be hard tried to play BF4 and AC4 on a 7770 at high. I believe you meant the HD 7870, if that's the case go for the 270x, while it is technically the same as the 7870 it has Mantle API support ready where the 7870 does not.

even on my low res?? :( because in my country (egypt) these things are so expensive so does the 270-x worth the money on that res plus the price of a new psu
