Wifi On Desktop

Hey Guys,

I have just configured my new desktop and need to get a wifi card. I have no idea what I should get and I could use some help.

Here is the Computer Config if that helps:
-CPU: AMD FX 6300 Vishera
-Video Card: MSI N650TI-1GD5/V1 GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB 128-bit
-Internal HDD: Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
-CD ROM: ASUS 24X DVD Burner
-Case:Rosewill Galaxy-02 Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
-RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
-Power Supply:Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt ATX/EPS
-OS: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit (OEM) System Builder
-Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ Motherboard - ATX, Socket AM3+, AMD 970 Chipset, AMD FX, 2133MHz DDR3

I am not sure what the MB has to do with the wireless adapter, since it's a standard for MBs to have a gigabit support. All you need is a PCIe slot which the MB of course has it, or USB port if you are going with wireless USB adapter.

I can't see why it wouldn't. PCIe has bigger bandwidth and it's more reliable than PCI and USB, if that's what you are looking for, then it's the right choice. Your router seems weak (only 9MBPs), but at least you'll be future proof with this card
