is amd fx 8350 good for video production?

yep. so if u wanna save money get the 8320. if u want 500megahertz more get the 8350 simple 
ghz of the CPU.
The fx-8350 will overclock higher if you ever need to.
Only downside is the CPU has a high power usage.
I would suggest the FX-8350 using at least 16gb x2 8gb 1866mhz g.skill cl7 ripjaws x or z ram on a M5A99FX motherboard (or 2133mhz cl9 ripjaw x would be more ideal).
I am running a similar setup with 32gb 2133 cl9 ripjaws x with the fx 8350 and motherboard mentioned above and runs fantastic.
